about us
The Vietnamese Basketball Association (VBA) in Uptown, Chicago was founded to bring young people together through the love of the game. Our mission is to create a safe, welcoming space where teens can develop their skills, build friendships, and strengthen cultural pride.
Basketball is more than a sport. it’s teamwork, discipline, and community. We serve players of all backgrounds and skill levels, with open gym time for casual play and league opportunities for those who want to compete.
Through basketball, we hope to inspire confidence, leadership, and connection for Vietnamese youth and the broader Uptown community.
